Moisture ~ 9% – 13%
Volatile Oil 4% >
We would like to purchase 100 lbs at a time. Annually we consume around 700 lbs of ground cinnamon. So 10, 25, 50 lb cases are ideal. All purchases must come with a COA that show microbial and biologicals
Certifications – need non gmo, kosher, gluten status, halal (nice to have)
Our R&D department would need to test and approve the supplier before major purchase. Thus samples would be necessary.
