- QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS
Suppliers are requested to provide the following in their quotation: - Price per Quintal (exclusive of GST) for each variety/origin as applicable
- GST applicable (rate and amount)
- Freight / delivery and loading charges to our Vadodara facility (if any)
- Available stock / lead time for delivery
- Payment terms expected
- Quality certificates / lab reports (if available)
- Moisture content %, ASTA colour value, Heat (SHU), purity, broken pods %, foreign material%
- Any relevant prior supply experience in spices / agri-commodities
- Quotation should be on letter head duly signed with stamp of your company
- Hard copy of quotation to be send at our Mumbai office and soft copy at our email address mentioned below.
- TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Quality must conform to standard market norms for the respective variety/grade.
- Moisture content, admixture, and defects must be within acceptable limits.
- Material must be fresh stock from the current or last season.
- Delivery at our Vadodara plant, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment shall be made as per mutually agreed terms.
- Sheth Agro Private Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons.
- Partial supplies / phased delivery may be considered upon mutual agreement.
- SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
Kindly submit your Hard copy / email quotation at the earliest, and not later than 10
days from the date of this letter. Quotations received after the due date may not be considered.
