Requirement :
Please find below our formal Letter of Intent issued by AL TAQAR TRADING L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for the regular and long-term procurement of fresh fruits, vegetables, and spices from worldwide origins.
We hereby confirm:
- We are ready, willing, and able to enter into a binding sales contract for a rolling monthly supply program of approximately 10 × 40’ containers (around 200 MT per week).
- We are open to working on CIF or CNF Jebel Ali, Dubai terms.
- We are prepared to utilize Documentary L/C (Usance) or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) instruments issued by first-class banks.
We kindly request your company to:
- Review the attached LOI.
- Provide your Full Corporate Offer (FCO) including specifications, packing, pricing, shipment schedule, and draft LC/SBLC wording.
- Share your standard draft contract and banking coordinates for compliance verification.
Procedure for Issuing LC Draft (SBLC / Usance LC 45 Days)
- SELLER Issues a Signed & Stamped Proforma Invoice (PI)
The PI must include seller and buyer details, commodity information, HS code, pricing, shipment terms, banking details, and authorized signatures. - Buyer Submits PI to Issuing Bank
The issuing bank prepares the LC Draft strictly following the PI terms. - LC Draft Shared with Seller
Seller reviews LC terms, shipment schedule, document requirements, and compliance. - Seller’s Bank Verification
Seller’s bank verifies the issuing bank, checks compliance with UCP 600 / ISP98, and confirms no restrictive clauses exist. - Final Approval & LC Issuance
Issuing bank releases MT700 (LC) or MT760 (SBLC). LC becomes operative and seller initiates shipment preparations. - Shipment & Document Presentation
Seller submits commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, insurance (if CIF), and inspection certificates as required.
We aim to build a secure, stable, and long-term partnership, with potential to scale volumes upon successful initial shipments.
