We follow enzymatic fermentation method for the production of white pepper which is a clean, green and zero waste technology. CRONUS WHITE PEPPER ,for its natural and scientific method of production, is supported by CCAMP (The Cellular and Molecular Platforms, Bangalore) and TBI-TNAU (Technology Business Incubator, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore) and financially aided by MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Ministry of MSME, Government of India)and DBT (Department of Biotechnology, Government of India), in the form of grant and award (BIOTECHNOLOGY IGNITION GRANT) respectively.
